New Puppy Questionnaire

Finding homes for our puppies, that we've bonded with, and invested so much time and love into, isn’t an easy task. If successful, know that you are receiving a little piece of our family into your home. Puppies are not all the same, even if treated the same, you will find different personalities within a litter, so please fill in the questionnaire below, so we can make the best decision for our cherished pups. Submitting this form will not automatically ensure that we will be able to provide you with a puppy from one of our litters. This form serves as a way for us to get to know you better, and ultimately place the best puppy for you (& your family), in your home and care. Please understand with this in mind that there are no right or wrong answers, but an insight into the breed's requirements and an incentive for further research.
